The Colville School District is governed by a five-member board of education. All are elected by director district and serve staggered four-year terms.

The district has approximately 1946 students and 220 employees. District valuation is $564,790,000 with an operations budget of $15,200,000.

The district boasts of five schools with a current average enrollment of 1946 students. The district offers an USDA breakfast, lunch program at each school, and reduced price meals are also offered. Students busing is provided for those students living out of town.
