When a bus is late in picking up or letting off students, one of three practices will be used.

1. If the bus is late in arriving to a school campus, the schools will be advised as to which bus number and approximately how late it will be.
2. If the bus is under thirty (30) minutes late in returning the children to their bus stops at the end of the day, the driver will advise the bus dispatcher and he/she will be available for you to call and ask how late the bus will be. To call dispatch the number for Laidlaw Transit is 684-5152.
3. If the bus anticipates being more than 30 minutes late, the bus driver will advise the dispatch office and the personnel in the office will advise all families on that route by telephone. In addition, you may also call in to the dispatch office at 684-5152, to be advised as to the bus status.
