Type the last name of the staff member and click submit to retrieve an email address. If you do not know the whole name, type the first letter of the last name, click submit, and it will bring up a list of names that start with that letter.
Once you click submit, you will see the staff member's name along with their email address. If you use an email client installed on your computer (Thunderbird, Outlook, Outlook Express, etc.) you can click on the address and your email application should open a new message window ready to type an email. If you use a web-based email application (Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc.) you will need to copy the email address and paste it into the 'To:' box once you log onto your web-based mailbox.
