School Board Meeting Agendas and Minutes
In an effort to better communicate with staff, parents, and community members, foster transparency, and have a positive impact on the environment, the Colville School District is implementing a paperless electronic governance system for its regular School Board meetings.
The new web-based system, “BoardDocs”, replaces the old method of compiling, printing, and distributing meeting documents to a limited audience.
Using the “BoardDocs” web site, the public can view and print agendas and supporting documents associated with each School Board meeting. Community members can also access minutes to the meetings once they are transcribed and posted. The new system saves time, financial resources, and provides the public with easier access to Board meeting information.
When you use the Colville School District BoardDocs site, you will arrive at the home page with current meetings listed and some general information about the Board. Click on a meeting and then you will see two buttons to either view the agenda or print the agenda.
Official minutes are presented at the subsequent Board Meeting. If you wish to view the minutes for last month, view the agenda for this month's Board Meeting and go to the section entitled, "Presentation of Minutes." You will see a little blue paper icon in the corner indicating that there is an attachment. Clicking on the section will bring up information on those attachments containing the minutes which you can open to view or print. You can view attachments for any of the other agenda items in the same way.
