PANORAMA'S CONTINUUM OF EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS

A K-12 Program

Colville School District is now offering a Continuum of K-12 programs out of the Panorama School, located in the Aster

Facility, to meet the varied needs of our local students. The K-8 program is an alternative education program emphasizing

strong core academics. High school students are served through both traditional and alternative courses.

We are now accepting new enrollment for the 2012-2013 school year!

In order to complete your enrollment we will need the following items:

1. Print the New Student Enrollment Form for each child and provide your signature where appropriate.  Click here to download enrollment form
2. Provide Panorama K-12 Program with "Proof of Age" for your child (birth certificate, passport, driver's license, etc). 
3. Complete and return the Immunization Form, either by providing dates of immunizations or claiming an exemption.  Please be sure to sign where appropriate. Please be sure to use this form, we can’t accept copies from the doctor’s office, etc.    Click here to download immunization form      Click here to download the immunization exemption form
4. If you reside outside of the Colville School District, you will need to complete a Colville School District Application for Attendance in Non-Resident-District. Take to your local school district office for needed signatures. It may be faxed or mailed with your other documents to Panorama K-12 Program.  If the resident district prefers to use their form, that will work too    Click here to download choice form
