Dear Hofstetter Families,
Have a wonderful summer break! We look forward to seeing our returning families and welcoming our new families in the fall. Over the summer, please look forward to receiving two communication letters from Hofstetter. The first week of August, our TK, 1st and 2nd grade families will receive the first letter, which will announce classroom assignments and invite families to the Family Meeting with their new teacher for the 2023-24 school year. This letter will also contain class supply lists, a CSD school calendar, and a school calendar of events.
The letter for the kindergarten families will contain an assigned day and time for your child’s Kindergarten Orientation and Screening. This letter will also contain class supply lists, a CDS calendar, a Hofstetter calendar of events and an explanation of kindergarten start-up.
All TK-2 grade families will receive a second letter the third week of August that will provide information on daily schedule, drop-off, pick-up, volunteer opportunities, Title I Family Nights, school security, attendance reporting and school/home communications.
