Mission (Why): Ensuring higher levels of learning for all students in the Colville School District by providing support to leaders and educators found in evidence-affirmed practices.
Vision (What): – The Colville School Districts’ leaders, educators and students will experience higher levels of learning/growth. Specifically, all students will graduate with a future story and a plan to pursue through goal attainment.
Values (How): – Through Professional Learning Communities (PLCs)/academies/leadership teams, guaranteed and viable curriculums will be established, common formative assessments will be developed, data will be analyzed and pedagogy will be precisely planned, which will lead to a robust and responsive multi-tiered system of support (MTSS) for all students.
Goal: To surpass student learning levels in Washington state
