CHS seniors now have the chance to earn their Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) through our new program in partnership with Drive509 Spokane. Students complete the classroom portion during the second semester of their senior year, then have up to 12 months to finish the driving portion and earn their CDL.
Recently, part of our CDL students hit the road to Newport High School, where they teamed up with students in a similar program for a hands-on learning experience, an important step in their training.
